CHERYL NIETFELDT
There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional – integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy and home staging, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
That said, in my experience as a Grand Island real estate professional I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs. This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients. So when you decide that you'd like to buy or sell a home in Grand Island, please contact me. Having grown up on a farm in a large family, I learned the values of hard work, honesty, love, prayer, and the awesome power of God. My husband, Norm, and I have been married for 40 years. We have two married boys and have 6 grand children. For fun Norm and I ride motorcycles, play cards, and love to go to concerts. I also sing and play my guitar in a church group at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, am learning to play Contract Bridge, which is a never ending process. We have a Westie, named Oscar, who loves to go for rides and walks. He especially likes to go with me to put up my signs. |

AMANDA NORTH
As a Nebraska native, I have grown up with strong family values of hard work, honesty, and integrity and take pride in my new career as a Real Estate Agent. My husband, Shane, and I moved to this community six years ago and have found sense of belonging in Saint Libory on a small acreage just north of Grand Island.
We enjoy raising our two sons Quinten (5) and Liam (2) and are teaching them the same values which were instilled in our upbringing. I have always had an interest in Real Estate. My interest was piqued when I took a job as a receptionist at a local title company. I learned so much about the business in my short time there, and feel I can use that knowledge to help my clients achieve their home ownership goals. While working for the title company I became familiar with all of the real estate brokers in town. I chose Real Estate Group of Grand Island as my employing broker because we share the same values of integrity, honesty, hard work, and strive for excellence. I feel these are important in this business. We help our clients make one of the biggest decisions of their lives and know they are also investing in their future. I take great pride in knowing I work with such a great team of experts! I am a member of the Grand Island Board of Realtors and the Multiple Listing Service. Let me help you achieve your home ownership goals today! |

ANN OTTMAN
Knowing what you want is important to producing the right results. My goal is to help you find the home of your dreams. I concentrate on personal service, and most of my business comes from referral and repeat clients.
In the Real Estate business, reputation is everything. I strive to treat all of our clients with respect, honesty and integrity. Since every need and transaction is different, I draw on our 120+ years of real estate experience in my office to meet your specific goals. You benefit from our experience, marketing capabilities and ability in networking with other Realtors to get your job done pleasantly and efficiently. I have been selling real estate in Grand Island for 17 years! (Full-time since 1998). I moved to Grand Island in 1966 when my parents moved our family from Campbell. NE. At that time, Skate Island was surrounded by cornfields, and I wondered why they would put a skating rink in the country. Now look at it - it is in the middle of the business hub of GI. I have been here a long time and I know a lot about Grand Island and really love it here. Doing what I love to do and at an office I love to be at really makes a difference. Helping people realize their dream of home ownership is my business. I would love to go to work for you! Ann Ottman, Salesperson |

CHRIS REED
I am a lifelong resident of Grand Island. I have three children, Kelly, Redmond, and Lilly; who are involved in numerous school activities and sports. I also have two cats, Mozart and Pablo.
I started my sales career in fashion as the co-manager of The Limited. I then moved on to become the assistant manager, store manager, and then eventually the co-owner of Diamonds 1st Jewelers. I traveled extensively from New York, Paris, Dallas, Las Vegas, L.A. and Antwerp, Belgium (the diamond capital of the world), negotiating diamond and gold prices, meeting with people from virtually around the globe. I was responsible for many employees and the day to day operations of running a full-time store such as buying and selling merchandise, advertising, displaying, pricing and creating our store's vision and making sure that vision was executed every single day by every single team member. My favorite part of the business was helping clients with a purchase, whether a newly engaged couple or creatively redesigning a heirloom piece into something brand-new. All of these skills have transitioned well and helped prepare me for my career in real estate. I truly love working with people and absolutely love home design. I can help stage your home from the curb to the pantry, maximizing your home's potential to sell it quicker and hopefully for more dollars. I honestly love what I do and I hope you will consider hiring me as your real estate agent, to really work hard for you and with you. |
